A Service Trainee Engineer (Appliances) assists in installing, maintaining and repairing household or commercial appliances while learning technical skills under supervision. This role is designed to build hand-on experience in appliance servicing and customer support. Assist in installation of appliances. Ensure proper setup according to company safety standards. Diagnose basic faults in appliances. Support senior engineers in repairing electrical/mechanicial issues. Perform routine servicing and preventative mantenance. Learn trouble shooting techniques. Use tools and diagnostic equipment. Maintain service records and reports. Communicate with customers during service vists and via telephone. Maintain professional behaviour at customer locations. Effective time management to handle multiple service requests efficiently and meet customer expectations.
