Position Overview
At TLG, we have experienced significant growth in student numbers, especially following our new partnership with Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU). This expansion has led us to open new campuses in Birmingham and Nottingham, in addition to our existing locations in London. We are seeking passionate Business Management Lecturers to join our dynamic teaching team.
The Business Management Lecturer will collaborate with key leaders and staff at The Language Gallery to deliver high-quality teaching across core modules such as Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Digital Business, Professional Skills, Marketing, and Finance. The role is crucial in supporting students' progression to university courses, particularly through the CertHE program, which is part of our widening access commitments.
Responsibilities include developing and sharing teaching materials, teaching in various settings (including online), creating assessments, supervising tutorials, and participating in administrative and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be flexible, innovative, and capable of engaging students from diverse backgrounds using a mix of traditional and digital teaching methods. The role requires weekend work.
