Required from September 2025
Hours: 30 per week annualised across the school year. Term time only, plus 5 training days.
Salary: NJC points 12-17 £19,736 - £21,409 per annum (pay award pending).
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Examinations Officer to join our team. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth running of all internal and external examinations at the school, supporting both pupils and staff.
Are you:
Highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills?
Calm under pressure and attentive to detail?
Experienced in handling confidential data and proficient using IT systems and software?
Proficient in complex and regulatory administration?
Proactive and adaptable and able to problem solve?
Flexible, as during exam periods they will be long working weeks?
Experience of working in a school or as an examinations officer is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
