Behaviour Intervention Lead/SENCo
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers andpromote positive behaviour?
Little Heath School is looking for an experienced Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our team.
* Lead and deliver behaviour interventions to support pupils’ mental health and wellbeing.
* Provide coaching and support to staff, pupils, and families on behaviour management and autism awareness.
* Supervise behaviour support teams and collaborate with external professionals.
* Support the SENCo with EHCP reviews and related administration.
* Deliver staff training on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Team-Teach. Qualifications or experience in SEN or related fields desirable.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
* Proven success in behaviour management and delivering interventions.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
* Qualifications or experience in SEN or related fields desirable.
