to join our prestigious team at
Being the go-to person for our team, you'll be super organised and assisting with a variety of tasks, from supporting reception duties to finance, invoices and payments as well as responding to email/phone calls.

Being a team player is important, but you'll also need to be able to work well on your own Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we'd love to hear from you
Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There'll be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it's vital that you'll champion this.
Role Responsibility
* To ensure the preparation of all food processing.
* To ensure the quality of product and standards of hygiene within the Kitchen facilities conform to the criteria set out in the SOP.
* Reporting all defects of equipment, damage to materials and any incidents involving theft to management.
* Keep the detailed cleaning schedule for all kitchen, stores and related areas up to date, ensuring that these are strictly adhered to and work is carried out to a satisfactory standard.
* Preparing orders in accordance with company procedures, verifying accurate delivery against delivery note/ invoice and the original order itself.
* Ensure completion of all necessary stock control documentation in accordance with internal accounting procedures.
* Ensure that accurate fridge and food temperatures are recorded.
* Ensure all protective clothing is worn and personal hygiene and appearance is adhered to.
The Ideal Candidate
* Essential
* Previous Chef experience
* Organisation Skills
* Good Administration Skills
* Must be available to work weekends
Desirable
* IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates
* Proven experience, ideally in a high-performance or elite sports environment.
Package Description
* 12 months fixed term.
* DBS checked.
* 40 hours per week.
* 5 days over 7.
