The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Project Manager. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle and is responsible for delivering the scope (in line with the client contract) as per the agreed budget and schedule, whilst ensuring the target margin is realised. The Project Manager monitors progress, leads project reviews, drives completion, and summarizes project status into internal and external project reports. They are also the main point of contact for the client. Key Responsibilities Provide input and support into project proposals during the bid and pre-contract stage. Review all project and contractual documents on assignment of contract to ensure all project and contractual requirements are understood and documented. Develop a Project Execution Plan to reflect pxFairport’s project management procedure and in line with client requirements. Identify criteria for completion of contract and develop actionable plan for closing out contract. Develop and maintain project cost tracking, assign budgets for all elements of works, and approve project spend. Escalate overspends prior to commitment as required. Formal project management qualification (PMI, APM) Demonstratable experience with projects within a construction environment. Demonstratable experience of delivering projects under both standard and non-standard contract terms. Experience with Project Controls including planning, monitoring and reviewing of both schedules and cost.
