Are you passionate about food, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of our operations, drive success, and inspire an amazing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Elevating Customer Experiences: Overseeing operations to deliver top-notch food, beverages, and service that exceeds expectations.
* Leading Your Team: Recruiting, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team, creating a supportive and dynamic workplace.
* Driving Financial Success: Managing budgets, meeting ambitious targets, and maximizing profitability with innovative solutions.
* Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Maintaining high standards in health, safety, and food regulations while managing risks effectively.
* Shaping the Future: Collaborating on strategies, events, and projects to make Warwick Food Group a leader in hospitality excellence.
Hours: Shifts between 7 AM and midnight, including occasional weekends.

About You
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in leading food service or hospitality operations with a focus on exceptional service.
* Strong leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and problem-solving.
* Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and drive income while controlling costs.
* Expertise in food safety legislation, allergens management, and health and safety compliance.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for innovation and growth.
