Prototyping: Build "first-off" systems and develop practical guides for Production and Service teams to ensure seamless scalability. Integration & Testing: Partner with Mechanical and Software engineers to integrate designs into complex machinery. Conduct rigorous troubleshooting and EMI/signal integrity analysis. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet global safety and quality benchmarks (e.g., UL, CE, and ISO standards). Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for energy efficiency, cost-saving, and the integration of emerging technologies. Candidate Profile What you need to bring: Education: A Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Experience: 5 years of proven experience in electrical design engineering. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and a deep understanding of power systems, motor controls, and PLC integration. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards for industrial machinery (UL, CE, IEC). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive under tight project deadlines. Desirable: Experience within industrial machinery, high-speed printing technology, or complex automated systems. Why Join Us?
