Key Responsibilities
Teach English across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5)
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support literacy and analytical skills
Use assessment to inform planning and intervention strategies
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
Build strong relationships with students to support academic and personal growth
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and participate in departmental CPD
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English at secondary level
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for language and literature
Strong communication and classroom management skills
ECTs welcome - full induction and mentoring provided
