This varied and interesting role requires project and business management skills with hands-on delivery of property services, including valuation advice to clients, professional advisors, and stakeholders. If you are not currently RICS qualified, you will be supported through a two-year structured RICS graduate training programme to achieve APC completion. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, including attending meetings and preparing communications and reports.

We offer a highly competitive salary package with a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible options such as additional leave, health cash plans, cycle to work scheme, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing professional advice to a diverse portfolio of management and consultancy clients daily.
2. Supporting Partners in delivering valuations of high-value farms, estates, country houses, and properties across England.
3. Managing existing clients as the first point of contact, ensuring service delivery and maintaining strong relationships.
4. Delivering valuations, managing estate and property portfolios, providing strategic advice, drafting agreements, and handling various property-related tasks.
5. Collaborating with the team to identify and develop fee-earning opportunities.
6. Working with other specialist teams to deliver and develop new business from existing and new clients.
7. Assisting in developing and implementing efficient internal systems and processes.
8. Ensuring compliance with policies, legal, professional, and corporate standards.
9. Supporting pitch reports and presentations.

This job description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

What will it take to be successful?

We seek a forward-thinking, can-do attitude newly qualified surveyor capable of managing multiple projects and diverse work. Ideally, you are partway through or nearing completion of your APC, with a desire to advance your career. Experience in rural practice through work placements is preferred. A full UK driving license is essential. We welcome applications from experienced graduates or new chartered surveyors seeking the next career step.
