Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure safety messages are visible and upheld in all activities.
2. Manage phone enquiries and greet visitors.
3. Organize room bookings, parking, and events.
4. Monitor and maintain stationery supplies.
5. Provide professional admin support to the team.
6. Perform data entry and generate business reports as needed.
7. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in administrative support, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Full training provided for other systems. Strong organizational, literacy, and communication skills.
