At Spring Cottages RHE, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our friendly team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
* Assisting residents with mobility, meals, and activities
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Maintaining dignity, choice, and independence for all residents
* Supporting the team to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
What We're Looking For:
* A kind and caring nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
* A willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required (07:30 - 14:30, 14:30 - 22:00)
