About the Company
As our HR & Talent Resourcing Manager, you’ll support the full recruitment process across the ICS Region in the UK. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and external partners to help attract great people and make the hiring journey smooth and positive. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks and play an important part in helping our teams grow.

Responsibilities
1. Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
2. Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and adverts.
3. Use social media and advertising platforms to attract candidates and build engagement.
4. Deliver recruitment training and support induction events, job fairs, and diversity initiatives.
5. Maintain recruitment content on SharePoint and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
