Due to Tenon’s continued expansion as a growing precision engineering company which operates fabrication, CNC machining and assembly workshops, we are looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to support the Inspection Team based in Dorking.

Responsibilities and key skills are:

* Goods in inspection
First off inspections: using handheld instruments to measure parts i.e. Micrometers, DTIs, Verniers etc, Trimos, Shadowgraph, Surtronic, Laser Mic.
In flow inspection
Final inspection of components
Experience of operating CMMs & programming using PC-DMIS
Has an excellent understanding of technical drawings and GD&T
Experience working to ISO quality systems xsngvjr and familiar with documenting processes & standards
Willingness to participate in improvement activities across the business
Assist in problem solving when issues arise
Working hours; 07.00 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, 07.00 to 12 noon on Friday, 30 mins paid lunch. 20 days holiday per annum,+ 8 statutory bank holidays; Company pension; onsite parking; non-contributory health cash plan
