Job Title: Social Worker – Looked After Children Team
Location: Conwy
Rate: £40 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Conwybased within the Looked After Children team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, discharge care orders, and attend and participate in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children Reviews, complete Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments. Additionally, you will engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support and services.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
