Band 2 - base salary from $67,044 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience
TasNetworks is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administration Officer to support our Contract Performance Delivery team. This role can be based at either Cambridge or Rocherlea depot and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and processes, and who takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You’ll play an important part in supporting contract and supplier performance by providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements.
What you’ll do
1. Manage SES process and invoice receipting in SAP.
2. Maintain various records, process material requests and prepare reports.
3. Manage shared mailboxes and respond to contract-related enquiries.
4. Support meetings, documentation and general administration.
5. Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
You’re organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment. You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with systems and data.
You’ll bring:
6. Experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in a contracting or regulated environment.
7. Basic knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders or supplier management.
8. Confidence using SAP for data entry and transaction processing.
9. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet changing deadlines.
11. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with internal teams and suppliers.
12. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or similar (or equivalent experience).
