Change Grow Live is seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Nurse to provide clinical support and interventions for service users impacted by drugs and alcohol. The role is based in North Northamptonshire and requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week with a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2027.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health assessments, providing education on health issues, and developing effective therapeutic partnerships with service users. They will also ensure best practice in accordance with UK Clinical Management guidelines.
