Role Description
This is a part time role for a Minibus Driver located in Newbury. The Minibus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from the school, ensuring adherence to scheduled routes and timings. The driver will also conduct routine vehicle checks, report any maintenance issues, and maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of students during transportation.
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & MIDAS
* Experience in transportation, specifically in operating minibuses or similar vehicles
* Strong understanding of traffic regulations and vehicle maintenance basics
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage student behavior during transport
* Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule
* Basic first aid and emergency response skills are beneficial
