Masonry Multi Trade Operative Required – North Devon
Experienced Mason Multi Trade Operative required in North Devon to work on planned social housing repairs.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35-37000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.
You will work for 12 weeks through us as the agency then move onto a permanent contract with the contractor.
Multi Trade OperativeDay to Day:
1. Masonry biased maintenance work on properties
2. Brick, paster, render wet trade domestic repair work
3. Completing a variety of works in various wet trades
4. Driving a company van safely
5. Reporting to your supervisor
6. Completing work to the required standard
Multi Trade Operative Requirements:
7. Good multi trade experience
8. Good masonry experience
9. Previous experience working within social housing
10. Good attitude
11. Honest and reliable
12. Full UK driving license
13. DBS will be done for successful candidate
