As a Bottling Operative, your role is essential in ensuring our production lines run smoothly. You’ll play a key part in meeting production targets, maintaining efficiency, and upholding quality standards. You will control critical points in our bottling plant, taking on challenges and actively contributing to our ongoing success.
This role is based at Old Hen Hall on Kempson Way, Bury St Edmunds.

Qualifications
Your role as a Bottling Operative
* Support and adhere to our health and safety culture—“if it’s not safe, we don’t do it”.
* Complete daily reports ensuring the line meets and maintains key performance measures such as Yield, Output, Productivity, CCP compliance, and traceability.
* Ensure all product is produced efficiently and adheres to customer specifications.
* Manage critical control points and notify engineering to resolve breakdowns.
* Maintain housekeeping and hygiene in the work area to a high standard for unannounced audits.
* You will be required to work varied shifts (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, or 6am – 6pm). Your schedule will be notified 10 days in advance.
What you will bring...
* Experience in production processes, plant technology, and following policies with a focus on efficiency.
* Skills and willingness to take on challenges, playing a significant role in a cohesive team.
* Demonstrating initiative and being proactive to reduce waste.

* FLT License, counterbalance, and reach truck experience would be advantageous.
