We are seeking a committed and compassionate Salaried GP to joinour high-performing, supportive practice for 4 sessions per week (20 hours). You will work within a well-organised,multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to adiverse population, supported by strong clinical systems and an experiencedleadership team.
Main duties of the job
* Deliver high-quality GMS services to registered and temporary patients
* Undertake face-to-face and telephone consultations
* Participate in oncall and triage of our patient population
* Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with best practice
* Carry out home visits where clinically appropriate
* Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web
* Read clinical letters and action via Docman
* Prescribe safely in line with local formulary guidance
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Provide supervision and support to GP registrars, physician assistants and paramedics

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with full GMC registration
* On the Performers List or eligible
* Experience working in UK General Practice
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Additional clinical interests e.g. Womens Health
* Teaching/supervision experience
