Executive Assistant
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum

I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a leading architectural practice. This role requires someone with exceptional administrative skills, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the architecture/design industry. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
* Executive Support:
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Project Coordination:
* Assist with project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
* Document Management:
* Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and proposals.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
* Industry-Specific Tasks:
* Support bid submissions and tender documentation.
* Coordinate design reviews and assist with compliance documentation.
* Office & Team Support:
* Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors.
* Organise events, workshops, and team meetings.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior level.
* Previous experience within an architectural practice, design consultancy, or related creative industry.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools is advantageous.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
