Our client are a Global Freight Forwarding Agent who are expanding and have a new position available for an Administration Co-ordinator to assist the Operations Manager with the day to day administration functions. Would suit someone with strong admin and IT skills who is confident and able to take the initiative, must be a car driver and have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Excellent future prospects. Duties for the Administration Coordinator Provide general administrative support to teams, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls). Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and update company databases and records. Support HR with onboarding processes (preparing documents, arranging inductions). Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant data protection regulations Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
