Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, proactive and service-driven Onsite Concierge to join our team in Stevenage (SG1 2NY). The role requires delivering first-class, in-person concierge services to employees and visitors, ensuring a warm, efficient and high-quality experience throughout their time onsite.
You will act as the face of the workplace, supporting daily requests, coordinating services, managing onsite enquiries, and helping foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main onsite point of contact, delivering a warm and professional welcome to employees and visitors.
Manage and respond to in-person enquiries, requests and service needs in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Support day-to-day workplace operations, coordinating services and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
Assist with onsite events, bookings, logistics and employee engagement activities.
Uphold a strong knowledge of building amenities, workplace processes and available onsite/offsite services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests and follow-up actions.
Ensure all service delivery meets Circles UKs standards for excellence and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in concierge, front-of-house, customer service or hospitality roles.
Outstanding communication skills with a warm, engaging and professional manner.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Ability to remain calm, confident and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong working relationships.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
