Typical shift as a bank Support Worker
* Mental health supported housing
* Assist customers with practical, daily living tasks and work through support plans to help them achieve independence.
* Shifts vary from sleep-ins, providing overnight support, to day shifts, such as enjoying activities with customers.
* Support vulnerable customers in various settings, including accommodation-based, community, or home-based services.
* Note: We do not provide personal care or administer medication, as all customers are independent in these areas.
* Our role is to support rebuilding independent living skills—help with budgeting, property maintenance, or community access.

Our team and job details
You will join our services in Worcestershire, with shifts available in Worcester and Kidderminster, working with our manager Katie. Our team is passionate and supportive, ready to help you settle in and succeed.
* Flexible working hours
* £50 per sleep-in shift
* Work across the central region, including Kidderminster and Worcestershire

* Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid
