Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure the highest level of customer care, aligned with the brand's specific service standards.
2. Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service.
3. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock the store as needed.
4. Collaborate with the team to achieve brand and store objectives.
5. Adhere to Balmain policies and procedures.
6. Manage the stock room efficiently to support sales activities.
7. Conduct weekly inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss.
8. Handle back-of-house activities and stock room administration.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury couture house; experience at Harrods is a plus.
* Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and a client book of potential high-net-worth clients.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Professional communication skills with management and colleagues.
* Excellent English verbal and written skills; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
