We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join our client's growing team at a well-established Accountancy Practice. With a strong reputation in the industry, they provide expert advice and solutions to individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, guiding clients through the insolvency process while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including personal bankruptcies and corporate liquidations.
* Provide expert advice to clients on their financial situations and the implications of insolvency.
* Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and creditors.
* Conduct meetings with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
* Ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act and other relevant legislation.
* Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other advisors to facilitate effective case management.
* Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development and case handling.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid licence as an Insolvency Practitioner.
* Proven experience in managing insolvency cases, with a strong understanding of the insolvency process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Nice to Have
* Experience in a variety of sectors, including corporate and personal insolvency.
* Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in insolvency practice.
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
