Our Role
You will be a passionate individual, dedicated to supervising the team to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service by identifying and satisfying their needs. This will help ensure that the store meets its sales targets and develops customer loyalty. You will also support the management team to maximize profit while maintaining the brand image.
You will naturally embody our PRIDE values, leading everyone in the team to bring their best every day and be the first point of contact in the absence of higher store management.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise the team to optimize the customer experience as part of TWC multi-channel strategy.
* Supervise the training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
* Ensure all customer queries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
* Oversee store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, to reflect the brand.
* Perform administrative procedures such as till transactions, cashing up, and staff discount purchases.
* Hold keys to the store, open and close the store, complete relevant checklists, and handle cash.
* Drive sales on the shop floor in the absence of senior management, optimizing sales and customer service.
