The Role
You’ll work closely with pupils who may have a variety of academic, social, or behavioural needs, ensuring they feel supported, included, and ready to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils with classroom learning and engagement
* Assisting with literacy and numeracy activities
* Promoting positive behaviour through consistency and clear expectations
* Helping to create a structured, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
* Collaborating with teachers and wider school staff

Who We’re Looking For
No formal qualifications are required — your attitude and approach are what matter most.
We’re looking for people who are:
* Calm, confident, and reliable
* Positive role models for young people
* Flexible and comfortable working across different school settings
* Strong communicators who work well within a team
Experience in education, care, sports coaching, or youth work can be helpful, but it’s not essential — a willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as travel between schools may be needed at short notice.
