Responsibilities and Qualifications
Experience of dealing with customers and booking and rearranging outpatient appointments are required. Work on own initiative once trained.

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or ECDL (or equivalent)
* Experience of dealing with customers in a call‑centre or similar environment
* Experience of working in a health‑related environment and knowledge of medical terminology
