About the Trust
You will be part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, part of the Diocese of Nottingham. The Trust brings together 25 Catholic schools across the region, providing a supportive environment for both staff and students.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver a comprehensive, impartial careers programme for Years 7-11, supporting informed progression and reducing NEET risk.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, colleges, training providers, and HE institutions.
* Provide personalised careers guidance through 1:1 interviews, assemblies, events, and parental engagement.
* Manage, develop, and evaluate the school library as a high‑quality learning resource that promotes literacy and inclusion.
* Oversee systems, data, budgets, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with statutory and OFSTED guidance.
