The role is a non-patient facing position within the Central Admin Hub, providing support to the Clinical Teams. We need to fill this essential role to support the needs of the Service and clinical teams as soon as possible.

The Coordinator role will provide efficient, effective, and high-quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and services within a community-based or district-wide team.
Responsibilities include supporting the management team with service delivery, leading on service-wide coordination, performance reporting, system analysis, service improvements, administration, site coordination, health and safety, and service quality standards. The role involves working toward trust targets, values, strategic objectives, and business planning.
The role reports to the Clinical Administration Service, which has overall responsibility for this administrative function under the guidance of Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.
