Job Description
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor at ABS Commercial Solutions, Washington, on an up to £450pd (outside IR35). The company is a privately backed leader in construction and infrastructure, aiming to double turnover to £1bn in three years.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a portfolio of infrastructure schemes across the Northeast.
* Manage CVRs, cost management, subcontract and change management.
* Conduct monthly valuations and commercial reporting.
* Lead a small commercial team.
Qualifications
* Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven background in civil engineering or infrastructure sectors with main contractors.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
