Job Description: We Support is recruiting 2 full-time permanent Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Winsford and Northwich. We provide support for adults with learning disabilities in supported living properties across Cheshire West and Greater Manchester as well as provide daily outreach support. Role: Working from several supported living services in Winsford/Northwich. Permanent role, supporting male & female service users. Working as part of a small team or on a 1:1 basis Min. 35 hrs over 3-4 shifts with at least 1 sleep (on average, per week). Hours over a 6-week bespoke rota, given in advance. Full UK Driving Licence is needed - Use of own vehicle with business use an advantage. Motability vehicles are also available for most services. £23K yearly (Based on £12.80 p/h plus £50 sleep allowance). Based in a hub of services in Winsford, you will have access to lots of support and training from experienced colleagues and managers. You will help those you support to learn valuable life skills by doing things such as going shopping, helping them to cook their meals, or attending activities such as the cinema or bowling.
