As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategically developing and managing our key accounts within the Data Centre and Facilities Management sectors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service delivery while actively seeking new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full account responsibilities for key accounts within the Data Centre and FM sectors.
* Strategically develop and penetrate accounts to maximise opportunities across the UK.
* Oversee all aspects of account management, including business development, service delivery, and financial reviews.
* Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring the effective management and review of contracts and projects.
* Cultivate strong, sustainable relationships with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and requirements.
* Conduct technical site surveys and prepare proposals and quotations for planned and reactive works.
* Identify opportunities for further account penetration and new revenue streams.
* Collaborate with the Crown Oil Environmental Team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated with a focus on generating opportunities and outcomes.
* Proven experience in account management within the Data Centre or Facilities Management sectors.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with the capability to present information clearly and relevantly.
* Continuous willingness to learn and develop skills related to new technologies and best practices.
* Knowledge of the Fuel System Industry and fuel products, including Diesel and HVO, is preferred.
* A valid driving license is essential.
