Territory Sales Manager - Aggregates & Asphalt
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage a portfolio of accounts across a defined geographical region.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy that focuses on increasing market share (volume), growing revenue, and improving RCO profit. You'll engage with both existing and new customers through various channels, including digital platforms, and have the opportunity to sell value-add products and services within your territory.

* Lead the portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding service and support.
* Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
* Develop and sell value-added products and services.
* Build strong relationships with both existing and new customers.

Key accountabilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
* Call cycles for customers and prospects defined and adhered to. Use a variety of digital media, including video calls, to maintain close customer contact. Call cycle objectives should be set in the customer management plan (CMP).
* Assist in the preparation of quotes and submission of tenders.
* Be actively involved in the preparation of annual sales budgets and forecasts for the relevant territory.
* Ensure queries are resolved in a defined timeframe and against overarching Hanson metrics (< 3% of revenue in query at any time, or lower if already achieved).
