Liaise directly with agents, tour managers, and artists to collect and manage technical and hospitality riders, making sure every requirement is met. Source, organise, and manage hospitality rider requests, whether that involves online deliveries, local suppliers, or in-store purchases. Represent the team on-site at events, acting as a key point of contact for venue teams, artists, and management to keep operations running smoothly. Support the wider team during festival seasons and club nights, ensuring artists, staff, and audience needs are met at all times. Maintain accurate records and documentation for travel, accommodation, and event logistics. Weekend work at festivals takes place during the summer months (May–August) will be required regularly, though not every weekend. What You’ll Bring Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Confident communication skills and the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively under pressure. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Mac Mail, with the ability to adapt to new systems as needed. A proactive and self-directed approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A full driving licence and access to a car, which is essential for this role. A genuine passion for music events, particularly dance music, and a willingness to be flexible to support live events. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live event production and artist management. You will be working closely with an enthusiastic team in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
