Job Title: M&E Contracts Manager Location: Thurrock Office (On-site) Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience) About the Company Our client is a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions, delivering high-quality services across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. They are looking for a well experienced M&E Contracts Manager into their operations team based in West Thurrock. Their project values range from £50,000 - £22million and are located in and around London and Southeast. This successful candidate will need to travel to sites in and around London and as required by the Operations Team. Duties: * Manage full M&E packages from inception through to completion. * Oversee procurement of materials, coordination of labour, and management of specialist subcontractors. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. * Take responsibility for project financials including valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Attend and lead progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams. * Provide clear communication across project teams and maintain high standards of site safety and compliance. * Run multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all contractual, commercial, and operational objectives are met. * Report directly into the Operations Manager with regular progress reports required for all sites Requirements: * You will have worked in the M&E industry as a Contracts Manager * Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical building services. * Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC/HND or degree in building services or equivalent relevant to the industry * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London and the South East. * Being able to run multiple projects at once.
