We are looking for a Support Coordinator to cover maternity leave on a 1 year fixed term contract in our HQ offices in Sale, Manchester, M33 2AU
What youll be doing
The role is to work across the Helpdesk function coordinate the helpdesk process by managing various client inboxes/portals through actioning work order and information requests and accurate closure of work orders whilst working to a defined timescale for response.
To help and assist the wider operations admin team with any additional administration processes and tasks which are required within a fast moving, operational environment to ensure that the requirements of the business are met.
Responsibilities
Manage the workorder or information request process for multiple key clients across multiple platforms
Manage the periodic scheduling system for clients where appropriate
Accurately allocate work orders or information requests to the relevant departments and managing the timely response to the client ensuring SLAs are met.
Upload and housekeep information across the various portals and reporting platforms
Support in the preparation and co-ordination of monthly service reports
Chase all necessary information from sub-contractors for the preparation of the monthly service reports
Assist in the administration of client enquiries and resolutions
Manage internal response times with relevant Floorbrite departments and subcontractors to ensure feedback to the client is actioned in accordance with client KPIs
Raise requests for the purchase order system ensuring all suppliers are issued with a purchase order number and sent a copy before beginning any work
Where relevant provide the provision of suitable risk assessments & method statements for the appropriate departments cleaning activities with support from the H & S Team
Where relevant ensure council permits and client protocols are passed to the teams before they commence any work activities
Maintain a professional and competent relationship with external client contacts with regards to all helpdesk communications
Log all compliments, complaints and resolutions appropriately
Log monthly performance award nominations and process award winners with vouchers. thank you cards and photos
Assist the wider operations team in the administration and maintenance of key operational processes and tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
