We are looking for an experienced Field Service Electrician for our UK market
Join our dynamic European team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop
* Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness
* Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work
* Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release
* Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building;
* Lead the development of after-sales service tools
Requirements:
* Electrician experience (high voltage certificate+ required)
* Strong learning ability and execution, project management background
* Business fluent English language skills, Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus
* PCS or DC system experience is preferred,
* Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales team
* Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardships
* Idealy BESS industry background or respective experience
