Salary: UPR 1-3 (FTE: £52,219 - £56,154 per annum - includes Outer London Weighting) + SENCO Allowance (a) £2,787 (b) £5,497 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively to determine the strategic development of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and EAL policy and provision in the school.
* Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and co‑ordination of specific provision to support individual students with SEND.
* Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.
* Liaise with external providers of alternative provision, including attending IYFAP meetings as required.
* Lead and develop Inclusion, Access provision, SEND, Wellbeing and Medical.
* Line‑manage the Learning Support Team.
