Registered Nursing Associate - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract The Chiltern Hospital 37.5 Hours & Fixed Term Salary: Up to £29,154.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate to join their team of staff in the Nursing department. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Deliver holistic, compassionate care that supports patients' personal, physical, and emotional needs. Undertake clinical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, catheter care, nutrition and hydration support, and mobility assistance. Recognise and escalate changes in a patient’s condition to senior nursing staff in a timely and appropriate manner. Contribute to ongoing patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and care records in line with legal and professional standards. Participate in the safe discharge or transfer of patients, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care. Applicants should meet the following criteria: NMC-registered Nursing Associate. Completion of an approved Nursing Associate training programme. Understanding of person-centred care and the role of the Nursing Associate within the wider team. Excellent communication, clinical, and organisational skills. Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
