Overview
Vehicle Technician – Location: Chelmsford. Salary: Basic £30,000 – £45,000 + OTE up to £6,600 + £2,000 EV Qualification Bonus. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch); Saturday Rota: 1 in 3, 8:00am – 1:00pm (paid overtime).

Responsibilities
* Carrying out vehicle health checks and diagnostics using cutting-edge equipment
* Performing routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer and customer standards
* Completing warranty repairs and submitting accurate, compliant documentation
* Road testing vehicles to ensure faults have been successfully rectified
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
* Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or mechanic (dealer or independent background)
* Full, valid UK driving licence
* Motivated team player with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
* Brand experience, MOT testing, and EV knowledge desirable (training provided if not held)
