Administrative Assistant (Licensing and Regulatory Services)
Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a short-term temporary post - 6 weeks, 17.5 hours per week, with potential for extension.
The Role: To provide administrative support within their Licensing & Regulatory Services department.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing the electronic and paper filing systems.
2. Issuing relevant correspondence to businesses, statutory agencies, and members of the public.
3. Handling incoming correspondence and confirming receipt of relevant documents and payments.
4. Answering initial telephone queries and recording relevant information.
5. Updating application forms and guidance documents in conjunction with the licensing officers.
Qualifications/Experience:
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Experience in dealing with the public by phone and in person.
* Experience of using computer software including Microsoft Office.
* Experience in minute taking.
