As Roadmap Manager you will be the centre point driving our games development process. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan resources, budgets, timelines and guide game delivery projects from inception to deployment.
Your approach will blend traditional project management with agile methodologies, ensuring efficiency and quality. You'll foster stakeholder relationships, manage multiple projects and improve processes while vigilantly assessing risks.
Delivering games roadmap successfully
Working closely with the tech leads, developers, artists, mathematicians, project managers, customers and senior stakeholders to communicate any issues, blockers, risks and impacts on timelines
Planning and organising new game delivery schedules
Facilitating planning meetings, handovers between teams and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement
Work with third parties to support the delivery of our games
Project Management or Co-ordination experience
Experience in managing delivery of web technologies and software platforms
Proven success working with all levels of management
