Job Description: The Race Systems Technician plays a crucial role in MRTC’s customer-facing operations, providing global on-site and remote technical support to motorsport and event-based customers in both individual and team environments. The role requires subject-matter expertise in a variety of communication systems, ensuring that MRTC’s wide range of equipment performs flawlessly under demanding conditions.
In addition to assisting with Level 3 remote support, the Race Systems Technician is responsible for system management and coordination, implementing thorough documentation and resolution tracking.
