Description and Requirements

The Partner Marketing Manager – Distribution & Growth Accounts is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives with Lenovo’s distribution partners and high‑potential growth accounts across the UK and Ireland. This role focuses on driving demand generation, partner engagement, and channel growth through joint marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement initiatives. Working closely with Lenovo sales teams, distribution partners, and internal marketing stakeholders, the role ensures Lenovo’s product portfolio is effectively promoted through the wider channel ecosystem. The role plays a key part in expanding Lenovo’s reach across the channel, supporting partner enablement, and driving pipeline and sell‑through across SMB and commercial segments.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop joint marketing plans with key distribution partners across the UKI market.
* Align partner marketing initiatives with Lenovo’s channel strategy and business objectives.
* Identify opportunities to grow Lenovo’s presence across distributor partner networks and reseller communities.
* Drive demand generation and partner engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with distribution partners targeting resellers and end customers.
* Support product launches and key commercial priorities through partner‑led marketing activity.
* Develop marketing programs that support partner acquisition, activation, and growth.
* Ensure campaigns align with Lenovo brand and messaging standards.


Partner Enablement & Engagement

* Develop marketing programs that help partners promote Lenovo products effectively.
* Support partner enablement initiatives including webinars, partner events, and training programs.
* Provide marketing resources, campaign toolkits, and content to support reseller marketing activity.


Collaboration with Sales & Channel Teams

* Partner closely with Lenovo channel sales teams to support joint business plans with distribution partners.
* Align marketing initiatives with channel growth priorities and partner development strategies.
* Work with internal product and category marketing teams to ensure marketing campaigns highlight priority solutions.


Campaign Performance & Reporting

* Track and evaluate the performance of partner marketing campaigns.
* Analyse engagement metrics, partner participation, and pipeline contribution.
* Deliver insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and partner teams.
* Use data‑driven insights to optimise future marketing initiatives.


Budget & Program Management

* Manage partner marketing budgets and marketing development funds (MDF).
* Ensure marketing investments support channel growth objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting of marketing activity and spend.


Day to Day Responsibilities

* Engaging regularly with partner marketing teams at distribution companies.
* Participating in partner planning meetings and marketing reviews.
* Supporting partners with campaign assets, messaging, and marketing toolkits.
* Collaborating with Lenovo channel sales teams to align marketing support with partner growth plans.
* Working with product marketing teams to promote priority Lenovo solutions.
* Coordinating with regional and global marketing teams to localise partner programs.
* Managing campaign toolkits, marketing materials, and partner communications.
* Supporting partner events, webinars, and marketing activations.
* Ensuring all partner‑facing marketing materials follow Lenovo brand guidelines.
* Tracking campaign performance metrics including engagement, partner participation, and pipeline generation.
* Reviewing marketing results and identifying optimisation opportunities.
* Preparing performance updates and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

* 5+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing.
* Experience working with distribution partners or channel ecosystems.
* Strong understanding of demand generation and partner marketing programs.
* Experience managing joint marketing campaigns with external partners.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
