Implement Microsoft Purview data governance policies for proper classification and compliance. Manage Intune and endpoint security, including device compliance, application deployment, and mobile device management. Continuously monitor and optimise cloud resources for cost efficiency, performance, and reliability. Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform for streamlined provisioning and configuration. Implement robust security controls, identity management, and compliance frameworks. Conduct vulnerability patch management, penetration test remediation, and phishing simulation follow-ups. Design and maintain disaster recovery plans, performing regular backup and restore testing. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements as part of a continual improvement programme. Respond to escalated incidents and service requests, providing guidance and resolution.
