The Roles
* Fee Earners/Solicitors (Grade B+):Manage your own caseload and work on complex claims.
* Assistant Fee Earner (Grade C+):Support senior team members on high-impact cases.
Candidate Requirements
* QualifiedSolicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive
* Experience inquantification of loss(e.g., serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or civil liberties)
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* Exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to have:litigation experience or prior civil liberties work
