As Senior Manager – Business Advisory Services, you will lead the development and delivery of a centralised function responsible for managing quarterly reporting and associated compliance obligations under MTD for Income Tax.This is a strategic operational role where you will: Design and implement a scalable service model suited to high‑volume, standardised Business Services/Outsourcing work. Establish efficient workflows, processes and team structures to support consistent, accurate reporting. Develop pricing frameworks, service tiers and commercial tools to ensure profitability and clarity for both clients and internal teams. Oversee client communication strategies, supporting education, transition and onboarding into the new reporting model. Lead and mentor a growing delivery team, creating training, performance measures and quality controls. Work closely with internal tax teams to ensure quarterly reporting integrates seamlessly with year‑end compliance. Monitor service performance, adapting processes as legislation evolves and volumes increase. This role gives you the opportunity to shape a brand‑new service, influence operational strategy, and contribute directly to the firm’s long‑term growth. You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CTA) with proven experience working in a UK accountancy practice.This role requires: Strong experience in Business Services, Outsourcing or Business Advisory functions. Clear knowledge of MTD for Income Tax requirements or experience creating structured services in a regulated environment. Demonstrable operational leadership — workflow design, process improvement and team management. Commercial awareness, including pricing, margin control and service modelling. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with partners, clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive, organised and analytical approach to service delivery.
